I opened SimplePass and had tried multiple things, such as redoing all the websites, checking to see if the log-on was enable, etc.

I had the SimplePass 2011 that came with my laptop, a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC with Windows 7 (if you don't know what you computer is, you can open the HP Support Assistent and click on System Information to find out). I had the same problem, and finally found an answer!
